How do I contact Animate Care?

How do I make a complaint about Animate Care?

Contact the home directly in the first instance. Formal complaints receive a full response within 28 days. You may also contact Ofsted on 0300 123 1231.

Can I visit the Animate Care home before a placement?

Yes. We encourage home visits from social workers, families, CAMHS workers and relevant professionals before a placement is confirmed.

Where is Animate Care located?

The residential home is in the Wokingham Road area. The registered office is Suite B, Sapphire House, Roundtree Way, Norwich, NR7 8SQ.
