Roles
Provide day-to-day care, routines, key working and therapeutic support for young people.
Guide shifts, support colleagues and help maintain high standards of care and documentation.
Provide overnight care, supervision and reassurance throughout the night.
Bring trauma-aware practice, emotional regulation support and relational care into daily life.
Offer flexible support while maintaining the same safeguarding and care standards.
What we look for
We look for people who are calm, boundaried, reflective and genuinely committed to young people. Experience in residential childcare is valuable, but attitude and values are essential.
